Auto-dice bonding station

Auto-welding station
The adoption of the Singapore ASM’s auto-welding machine, the world's leading PR (image) recognition system. Accurate line arc control system, able to satisfy different products line arc requirements, at the same time can make the BBOS and BSOB jobs, furthermore ensure the reliability of the product.
White LED automatic dot gum station
The use of industry-leading inkjet dot gum technical, accurately control every white LED, ensure the uniformity of white facular and color temperature.
Automatic irrigation gum station
Use the fully-automatic compound equipment, support bracket with welded line fit into the machine, automatically output the finished product, easy-to-production management, and also ensure that stable bake-out time, temperature, accurate injection volume, so as to achieve product appearance, the consistency of the optical properties.
Automatic sorting station
The auto-sorting machine, using automatic high-precision measurement system and mechanism design, can accurately measure every LED’s VF, IV, WL, IR, etc. electric parameters, sorting & coloring based on customer’s usages, ensure that the same range of products to achieve a high degree of consistency.
